you want a number before you ship anything. here’s where to ask for it.

Tell me what you make, how many pieces, and where they sell. I read every note myself before the first set goes up, and within one business day you get a one-page shot list and a flat price — somewhere between $385 and $1,390. Your box stays on your shelf until you’ve said yes to both.

Notes on my desk come from
  • ceramicists
  • candle pourers
  • leatherworkers
  • jewelers
  • small-batch pantry
The hand that opens your email is the same hand that sets your mug on the sweep.

Every line rings on the same desk. Choose by what you’ve got in hand — a quick question, a folder of reference shots, or a box that’s ready to tape shut.

address the box like this.

Once we’ve agreed the shot list and the price, copy this label exactly. The “Attn” line matters — boxes marked for the light table come straight to my bench instead of sitting with the recycling by the door.

A kraft shipping box being packed with tissue-wrapped stoneware mugs, a glaze swatch and a handwritten color note on an oak bench
Pack it like this and it arrives ready for the sweep.
  1. Ship Monday to Wednesday so your box doesn’t spend a weekend in a depot.
  2. Insure it for what it sells for, not what the clay cost.
  3. Email the tracking number to create@fennelrowofficial.com with your name in the subject line.
  4. Perishables? Ring (347) 693-1184 first, so a set date is waiting when the box lands.
  5. Coming home: insured return shipping is $32 flat, double-boxed, with your own packing note tucked back in.

No. 04 — rather talk it through?

some things are easier said out loud.

If it’s quicker to describe a glaze than type it, ring me. I’d honestly rather hear it — “the blue of a gas flame, but chalky” tells me more than three paragraphs.

(347) 693-1184 Have these handy when you call
  • How many pieces, and how many colorways of each.
  • Where they sell — Etsy, Shopify, a wholesale sheet, your market table.
  • The date the photos need to be live, not just finished.
