No. 01 — the rate card

three packages, side by side, line by line.

Every package is one flat number. Styling props from my shelves, the full retouch, and four crops of every hero frame are already inside it — square, 4:5, 16:9 and a clean cut-out. If a line isn’t on this card, I don’t charge for it.

Turnaround counts business days from the day your box arrives (or your remote session ends). Every package carries the same 14-day reshoot window: any frame that misses the agreed shot list gets reshot at no charge.

No. 02 — the shot vocabulary

six frames I can build, and where the camera stands for each.

When we write your shot list together, these are the words we use. Every package mixes them; any of them can be added on their own. The little diagrams are roughly how the set looks from the side.

  1. fr 01eye level · 10° down

    the white sweep

The marketplace main image. Pure white ground, the soft contact shadow kept or dropped to suit the platform. Etsy, Amazon and Faire all ask for this frame first.

    Every package
    À la carte
    $28 per extra cut-out
  2. fr 02overhead · 90°

    the flat lay

Everything in the set, seen from directly above: the candle, its box, its tissue, the matchbook you tuck in. Built for collections, gift sets and anything that ships with good packaging.

    In
    Single shelf and up
    À la carte
    $45 per extra arrangement
  3. fr 03three-quarter · 45°

    45°

    the three-quarter hero

The frame that does the most selling. Top, front and side in one look, so a shopper reads the real volume of a bowl or the depth of a wallet before they ever hold it.

    In
    Every package
    À la carte
    $38 per extra angle
  4. fr 04macro · 1:1

    the macro

A few inches from the surface: the saddle-stitch count, the pool of glaze at a foot ring, the hammered texture on a ring band. This is where handmade proves itself.

    In
    Market stall, season drop
    À la carte
    $65 per product
  5. fr 05window light · table height

    the lived-in scene

Your piece in a room that makes sense for it: a candle on a nightstand, a hot sauce mid-pour at a dinner table. I build it from my prop shelves around your palette, lit by the studio window when the weather allows.

    In
Market stall (1), season drop (2)
    À la carte
    $240 per extra scene
  6. fr 0624 frames · about 3 sec

    the loop

Stop-motion, shot one frame at a time: a lid lifting, a wallet folding open, a taper lit and blown out. Silent, seamless on repeat, sized for Reels and product-page video slots.

No. 03 — ship it, or steer it

either way, your work ends up on my table.

The difference is whether you’re watching. Most makers ship and trust the shot list. Some want to see every frame land on screen as it’s taken, and nudge a sprig of rosemary half an inch to the left. Both are fine by me.

We agree a shot list on the phone, you pack the box, and I take it from there. You’ll get a contact sheet to pick from before I start the edit, so nothing is a surprise when the gallery lands.

  1. Day oneA twenty-minute call, then a one-page shot list and your flat price by email.
  2. You packTwo of each piece if you can spare them, plus your packaging. The checklist is on the home page.
  3. ArrivalI unbox on camera so there’s a record of how everything landed.
  4. 3–5 daysSet day. Window light first, strobes if Brooklyn turns grey.
  5. Day 7–12Your private gallery, and your box home double-boxed.

Best when you’re shooting several products, or you’d rather spend set day at your own bench making the next batch.

Your work still comes to the studio, but you’re on a video call beside the camera for the whole set. Every frame shows up on your screen the second it’s taken, and you pick the selects with me before we hang up.

  1. Day oneSame call and shot list — plus we pick a session date together.
  2. Day beforeYour box arrives. For a one-off you can’t be without for long, we time it to the day.
  3. SessionTwo to three hours on video, Mon–Fri, or an evening by appointment if you’re on another coast.
  4. Same daySelects agreed on the call — no contact-sheet round trip.
  5. 3–4 daysThe edit, then your gallery. One-offs head home within two business days of the session.

Best when your palette is particular, your piece is one of a kind, or you just like being in the room.

No. 04 — the extras shelf

add a frame, a day, or a pair of hands.

These bolt onto any package. Tell me on the first call and they go straight onto the same invoice — I don’t send a second bill after the fact.

  • Extra product$55

Adds one product to any package, with its own white-ground cut-out and two styled frames.

  • White-ground cut-out$28/frame

Another angle on pure white, for marketplaces that let you list up to ten images.

  • Macro detail set$65/product

Already in the stall and the drop. Add it to the single shelf when texture is the selling point.

  • Hand model in frame$120/scene

A pair of hands for scale: holding the mug, buckling the strap, striking the match.

  • Additional lifestyle scene$240

A whole new set, built from scratch around a second room or season.

  • Stop-motion loop$95/loop

About three seconds, silent, exported square and vertical.

  • Remote art-direction session+$145

For the single shelf or the market stall. Already included in the season drop.

  • Rush delivery+$180

Your gallery in 5 business days from arrival, for a launch date that won’t move.

  • Insured return shipping$32

Double-boxed, tracked and insured, with the packing note you sent your pieces in.

how the invoice works

You get one written invoice after you’ve said yes to the shot list and the number. Nothing ships, and nothing gets charged, before that.

  • Perishables — sauces, bakes, fresh florals — get a same-week set date at no extra charge. Just tell me first.
  • Broken in transit? The unboxing footage goes to you and your carrier, and that product comes off the invoice or waits for a replacement.
  • Usage: shop, socials, wholesale sheets and press kits are all yours. I ask before a frame goes in my portfolio.
Invoices can be paid with
  • VISA
  • AMEX
  • Apple Pay
  • Bank transfer

No. 05 — your turn

you’ve seen every number. now tell me what’s in the box.

Send a few lines about what you make and where it sells. I’ll write back within one business day with a shot list, the package I’d pick for you, and the exact figure.

I’m the right table if…

  • you make things in small batches, and the texture is half the reason people buy.
  • you sell on Etsy, Shopify or Faire and your listings look like they came from five different cameras.
  • you’d like one photographer to learn your palette and shoot every season to match the last.

I’ll point you elsewhere if…

  • you need hundreds of SKUs on white by Friday. A high-volume e-commerce studio will beat my price per frame, and I’ll say so.
  • you sell clothing that needs to be shot on a full model. My set is a tabletop.
  • your food has to be photographed hot and plated, in your own kitchen or restaurant.
